Copenhagen: CPH Good Food
Photography and promotion for this unique cooking class in the center of Copenhagen. Taught by a Mia Irene Kristensen, a food scientist, cookbook author, recipe developer, food stylist, food photographer and chef, this six hour food immersion into Nordic cooking included a visit to the famous gourmet food market, Torvehallerne and a menu with Danish Rye Bread, Gravadlaks, Pork Cheeks and Danish Pastries (kringle and spandauer) with Remonce filling.

Mia forages her own herbs, which we crushed and added to the butter, marzipan and sugar filling. Needless to say, I was licking my fingers after mixing these together. It was pure buttery goodness.
